Orwell's tough stances against communism in the 30s and 40s could be a historical reflection of Hitchens current stance against Islamic Funamentalism today. Popular belief says he is wrong, and he may be, but Hitchens does render an excellent image of courage and strength. Orwell is the perfect subject for him.
